My have been messing around with computers since the 80's, and have lots of happy memories playing around on the ZX Spectrum, with my grandfather.
When first I finished college, I still buggered around with computers, and worked in the dispatch office for a haulier. Fast forward a few decades, some inspirational teachers, (and a degree / PhD) and I now teach Cyber Security at a University.
While I cover a lot of topics, my main interest is coming up with new ways to teach students the more offensive side of security. This means I get to build lots of challenges for them to break into, and dream up new ways of ~~tormenting~~ teaching them.
While working at a Uni has drawbacks, the teaching part and working with the students is the second best job in the world (obviously the best would be chief tester for Timothy Taylors).
So thanks GangGang for getting me into computers in the first place. I have been getting into a lot more of them since then.
